AI Mastery Academy provides a 5-level online course on AI workflow architecture. The course includes instructional content, AI-graded assessments, a personalized AI tutor, and a certificate of completion.
To access paid content, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email/password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Service, or have parental/guardian consent.
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the course, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@masteracademyai.com for a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued after 7 days or after the certificate has been issued upon course completion.
Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course content as it exists at the time of purchase, including future updates made to the existing five levels. "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the product; in the unlikely event the Service is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided.
All course content, materials, assessments, and the AI Mastery Academy brand are owned by or licensed to AI Mastery Academy. You may not:
Your completion certificate is issued to you personally and may be shared on your CV, LinkedIn, or portfolio.
The course uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) for tutoring and assessment grading. AI responses are generated dynamically and may occasionally contain errors. AI-graded scores are provided as guidance; the platform's grading rubrics are designed to be fair but are not a substitute for professional evaluation.
Do not share sensitive personal or confidential business information in AI tutor conversations.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the course will result in employment, salary increases, or specific professional outcomes. AI architecture is a rapidly evolving field; while we strive to keep content current, some information may become outdated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Mastery Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
